By accessing and using ChronoData's lead generation and advertising platform services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ChronoData provides lead generation and social media advertising platform services designed to help businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers through various digital channels. Our services include but are not limited to lead discovery, social network advertising integration, campaign management, and analytics reporting.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

ChronoData operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model with pricing ranging from $40-$60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and service tier selected. Payment terms and specific pricing will be outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service contract. Lead qualification is based on demographic, behavioral, and engagement data. If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and business requirements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
• Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our platform remain the intellectual property of ChronoData. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChronoData's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive any leads already generated and paid for, but no refunds will be provided for future services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cameron County, Texas.
